Only group moderators have the ability to access contact information for members who RSVP they plan to attend an event.
Messaging attendees must be done through emails, not directly through the website.
To obtain this contact information, a moderator must first open the event from the group’s blue Events tab at the top of the group page (NOT from the website’s gray Events menu tab on the left.)
When a moderator opens an event page in this way, a list of attendees appears on the lower right, with an orange Download CSV button. When it’s clicked, a spreadsheet with the names and emails of all attendees will be downloaded. Moderators then can use this information to contact people directly.
